We cannot fully guarantee or lock your date until your payment is completed. If another client (Guest B) inquires about the same date while we are discussing your plan (Guest A), we will contact you instantly. You will have the first priority to complete your payment to lock the date, or we will assist Guest B in parallel.

📧 Step 2: Custom Route Proposal (100% Free Concierge)

Based on your wishes, we will design a customized route proposal tailored just for your family. We will suggest optimal travel times, estimate entrance fees, and recommend top-rated local restaurants with website links.

In strict compliance with Japanese travel law, we charge absolutely zero fees for itinerary creation or restaurant recommendations. You only pay for the vehicle charter itself.

🗺️ Step 3: Itinerary Consultation & Customization

We will discuss and customize your route via chat until you are satisfied. As local experts, we provide advice on time allocation and feasibility.

⚠️ Note on Planning:
If a requested schedule is physically impossible due to traffic or distance, we will inform you and provide the most optimal alternative proposal to ensure your vacation time is spent in the most meaningful way possible.

📝 Step 4: Rental Car Agreement & Insurance Details

Once your payment is completed via Stripe, you will receive the official Rental Car Agreement (with your name included) and insurance details directly from our partner, Nishio Jidosha.

To ensure a smooth trip, your personal navigator will handle all your rental car questions. We are your single, dedicated point of contact throughout the entire process.

🚗 Multiple Drivers:
If more than one person will drive, we will issue a revised agreement with everyone's names included. Please send smartphone photos of the International Driving Permits (IDP) for ALL drivers directly to Nishio Jidosha's designated email address.

This is a Fully Flexible Free Tour, so minor destination changes can still be made even on the day of the tour.
